Seems like it could be a good offer to get another bike down the road, but from my perspective, if I had to buy a bike with nothing down and no payments for seven months, I think I'd tell myself I really can't afford it right now and would be wiser to not buy at this time. Okay, okay, so my wife would be telling me that; either way, there wouldn't be a new Harley in my garage.
My wife likes the one-giant-payment plan, upfront.
When I worked, it was as a programmer/analyst. I wrote a few amortization schedules and know it wouldnt be that difficult to write one for no interest, or payments, for a certain amount of time, etc..
So the simple answer would be to have the dealer print you an amortization schedule for the loan in question before you sign any papers. It will show how much, and when, interest is paid.
Without a hard copy of the offer, anything discussed here is pure speculation. With the hard copy, your question has a simple answer.
