I use the standard plugs and change them every 10k... Never had a problem and plugs look great every time I change them. Turning 103,000 miles tomorrow. Stock motor with Stage I set-up.
You can mess around with this plug and that plug, you can buy double fire at spit fire and nuke fire. Gold tip Platinum tip what ever. Noe of them will make one bit a difference in how your bike runs. Not one of them.
Some of the more expensive plugs like Se will last longer. But plain old stock plugs last over 15,000 miles with ease. As a test I ran a set 45K in my 07.
