Anyone have this problem? - I recently installed some new goodies for my 2000 EG. A couple of these items consisted of a Hog Tunes 3 pocket pouch that sets above the Hog Tunes Tweeter Pod and a Cee Baileys windshield, which is slightly thicker than OEM. Both of these mount between the inner and outer fairings utilizing the windshield bolts.
My problem is, with these items installed the upper fairing has a larger gap than normal. I have checked and re-tightened the bolts to the point I am afraid to tighten anymore. Has anyone experienced this and if so what did you use to "fill" in the wider gap. Looks ok just afraid of moisture getting in. The gap is approximately the size of maybe two of the stock seal stripping used on the fairing.
