Got to your Setup/options at the top of the Win/PV and change Units from Metric to Imperial. That should change the C to F. Then mine on FLHTK is set at 285°/141c for on and 275°/135c off. You could convert it to C if needed. You can activate it by changing to 1 in the limit and switches menu. You can also activate it by twisting throttle backward for a few seconds and the cruise light will flash orange or yellow when off and green when it turns on. I haven't had mine come on in couple of years and I guess they don't pay too much attention to it. Get the map right and don't get hung up in traffic and it won't come on.
I just asked Fuel Moto about this same thing yesterday. There is no real reason FM turns the EITMS system off. Jamie said you can just turn it on again if you want to. I did.
The EITMS, IMO, is pure marketing crap. Does absolutely nothing except scare the crap out of you when it kicks in. FCS fans from wardspartswerks and disable eitms.
