If you have purchased one of their items and it fails due to what ever reason you can go to them at a rally and show them and they will 9-10 times replace it, no questions/receipts needed.

Try that w/HD products and see what happens.

You cannot even take back an item at your local HD w/out a receipt even though they have it in the computer that you bought it from them.

As far as "some of the most god-awful looking crap you've ever seen" well as they say "beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
On the other hand you could very easily say that some of HD's crap should not have even been put on the bike it is that cheap. Why did they even bother?

There are only so many manufacturers in the world and HD and Kuryakyn much of the time buy from the same one.
They have the manufacturer change the package.

Nothin' wrong with after-market parts.

If you think OEM is where it's at, you've been drinkin' way too much of the Kool-Aid.

Don't like it, don't buy it. They have always treated me right with everything I've bought from them.

they make a good product....some ugly yes, but I think some HD stuff is ugly also.
If you like that's all that matters.

Their lighting is awesome...it took years for HD to catch up with the lighting that Kury has had for years

Agree with your comment but have a question....Is the Kool-Aid synthetic?

I've had Iso Grips on my last three bikes and really like them. No issues. Throttle Boss is handy in a group ride. Also have had the same set of Kury foot pegs on the last two bike and they are working fine. I like the looks.

I have their passenger adjustable pegs and had a problem with one and they took care of it immediately

Same here. I picked up a wolo bad boy air horn and cover from them at Daytona last month to replace the piece of crap mini beast electric horn that literally fell apart inside the bracket. Before I went with my Avon grips I also had a set of their iso grips which worked out fine as well. Their products are decently made and they do stand behind what they sell. When I walk by their display bike at the booth though, all I can think of is that its just way too much.

I'm not knocking their quality or their customer service (Harley could learn some lessons from them). I just find almost everything is just so over the top design wise. Simply my observation...

They have probably tens of thousands of parts. Some are over the top, some are conservative. The flashy stuff gets all the attention and negative feedback, but who else had floorboard relocators 1" forward and 1" out for $80 when I was looking? Nobody. Thank you, Kury.
