It was not a Dyno tune. They said they will Dyno after the 1000 mile service

The software said there was a update for the 2014 air cooled bike so it downloaded.
Well today I decide to hook this thing up to my computer. I turned on the bike ignition and clicked on the screamin eagle software. I clicked on the tuning button and it asked if I wanted to update my vci. I clicked ok and a couple of green bars eventually went across the screen. What did I actually do? Did I reprogram the bike? I took it for a ride and it seems a little doggier but I'm not sure if that's in my head know. If I did change something, how can I change it back? Do I have to bring it to the dealer?
Here are the steps you need to take.
1. open the software and after accept selected click on the check for updates on the right side. If it needs updates it will install them. this gets you map database up to date and software updated. It may already be updated, but I haven't seen a new one that was. The one you download is out of date too. No need to have vci hooked up for above steps.
2. After it updates I would close and reopen. If you want to load the stock tune that is on the bike currently hook up the vci and turn both switches and click the tuning fork. When the next page opens look in the top right center and it will say VCI. select VCI and it will open communcations and you can get the tune that is on the bike or get the stock tune it came with. It will open the tune you select and you can view it or make changes to it. Once open you can turn the bike off and unhook the vci if you want to. they probably put the 617SEN203 on and it is way too lean for true duals. Send me a pm with your email address and I will send you and adjusted map to load. the maps are too large to send on forum even zipped.
3 If you want to load the tune to the bike just hook the vci back up and turn on both ignition switches. When the Lightening bolt hash marks clear up you can click the lightening bolt and it will go to a screen. Check and make sure the software version or what ever it says are the same like 617. they may not be as they changed mid season to 617 from the 614 and if it is a 614 you are trying to install it won't do it. Got to be 617. Once the run program becomes available just click it and it will start the update. don't touch anything until the box comes up and tells you successful comes up and tells you to turn off bike and wait 10 seconds before starting bike. You are done. The map is nearly 10% too lean on the VE tables.

Just got the bike back from the dealership. A hours worth of labor and it is running like it did before I messed it up. The tech also told me that if I didn't hit the flash icon, I shouldn't have changed anything. Maybe it was me messing around with the black button on the super tuner that did it. All I know is after me screwing with it, it wasn't running the same and now after the dealer remapped it, it is.
