I have one brukus on each..but I have a riding partner whose bag fell off and he swore the pin "backed" out ----no, he is new to HD, just came off crotch rockets, wasn't familiar with the pins and he didn't click them in all the way. To do this day, he swears they backed out and all of us look at him like....yeah right.
I always use extra care in ensuring I have them lined up correctly and that I twist them completely. There have been times where I thought they were, looked at them closely, and they weren't.
