Not sure why you took the fairing off before you got it running, but it's either spark or fuel. Try a bit of starting fluid right down her throat. If she fires then it's a no fuel issue. If not no spark.
She definitely is a dirty girl. I would polish her up and drop a coat of clear over it. Run new brake lines. Replace the bubble with a later style headlight (trust me you will appreciate it when riding at night. Better yet Daymakers). Put a new windshield on it. and put some work into the motor.
It was the fuel. I was able to get her to fire up on Wed after a short squirt into the carb. Pulled the tank and drained it and ready to put it back on when I get time. That will hopefully fix the fuel issue.
Okay, been a hot minute but I got most of the bike repainted. I had a project I wanted to use the bike for so I busted *** to get it painted in time and have been really tied up with projects. Fenders still need painting but they'll have to wait.
