Rented a SG last June, I hate how it shook at a stop light, huge turn off.
My softail doesn't shake while idling nor when braking. If mine does, its from a warped rotor, or bent wheel.

Softails have the "B" engine. They have counter balanced cranks. All other Harleys shake at idle, not just touring models.
What they all said. Normal. Locks it all together when the brakes applied. My girlfriend is always telling me to hold the brake when I stop. She loves the vibration.
