If your theory is correct why did you need to upgrade your 88" to a 95"?

You need a crash course on thicker skin and taking a joke, man. I appreciate and thank you for your service but the reason I made the upgrades was due to cam tensioner pads chunking and going places they shouldn't be.
So I thought "why rebuild back to an 88" motor" when 95" pistons and a bore are pretty simple and cheap upgrades.
And besides, I already have the biggest *****.

You might also think about contacting Frank Drago. I think he has done some 180 - 200 hp Twin Cam stuff that used superchargers. I'm not sure how reliable it is as you don't see a lot of it on the street.

Good luck.

Some good advice here, Jim's is an excellent choice for an engine. Ultima is garbage...

Your riding a SG right? it's hard to get the kinda pull and power you're looking for in an 800lb street glide.

This may sound ridiculous but, if I were looking to build a nasty street bike, I would run a 120 in a rubber mounted late 90's FXR.
Wanna stand it on the rear wheel on the fwy?... no problem.

Also if you want to stick to Harley parts the SE catalog has the 120RX upgrade.
Kit includes the following Screamin’ Eagle Pro components:
• Hurricane CNC Oval Ported Cylinder Heads
• Forged 12:1 Compression Piston Kit
• RX-267 Performance Cam Kit
• Tapered Quick-Install Adjustable Pushrods
• 64mm Electronic Throttle Body
• High-Flow Oval Port Intake Manifold
• High-Flow Injector Kit
• Velocity Stack Kit
• Super Tuner EFI Tuner
• All necessary gaskets

Never heard of anyone trying it though?

Take a look at this vid... Notice the similarity? everyone is running an FXR (light weight) with a collector tube exhaust system (thunderheader)...

These are not 120" engines, they are 575lbs (dry weight) bikes with the power/weight ratio that would smoke a 131" bagger.
Point is, if your looking for power out of your bagger that a 120" is not fulfilling you should look at other options
