Now lets see that *****, oh wait this isn't a Victory forum.

You're right on the money with the motor-head guess. I just found more efficient ways to spend my money for that go-fast rush. It just takes way too much money to build a big inch, go fast HD. My hot rod HD days ended at 95 cubic inches.
I have a cammed up, dual quad 428 Cobrajet in a '48 Ford Deluxe Coupe that gives me the adrenaline rush I need every now and then. If this was a hot rod forum I'd post a pic.
Anyways, glad I was wrong about you seeing the humor I intended.
Oh, and again, many thanks to you for your service. I grew up during a time when returning Veterans received zero respect for the sacrifice they made. Not even so much as a Thank You - it was disgraceful and I was ashamed of my country for it.
Very happy things are different now.

Keep the 120R, and save the $7500 for funeral services!

First the crank needs to be addressed. S&S has 'em.
Those 120R cranks sissor.
Last one we had in here had .016" on the pinion side.
.007" on the sprocket shaft.
Once that is squared away, you can then bore the cases to accept the cylinder spigot diameter of 4.322" and install an S&S 4 1/8" bore cylinder kit.
124".
Now, with the advent of cylinder head mods, a 66mm S&S t/hog, and a torque cam(?)that still deliver the hp, a Wood 9F comes to mind.
With a D&D Borezilla, expect hp at/neat 140, and torque at/near 150, sae, ramping the torque in VERY quickly.
You'd still have money left..........for rear tires.

After having a 120r myself and if I were to build another "quick" engine, I would build a 117" with 4 3/8" stroke.

I personally like how quick the 4 3/8" engines rev over the longer stroke'd engines. Bigger is not always better I've learned.

I've considered the charger. But I remember a guy on here that had an orange road glide with a 120 and charger. He didn't like it if I remember correctly. I'm not into a "dick stretching" contest with my buddies. Over 50% of my riding is normally alone or with my son on his ninja 250(which I think I've got covered). I simply want more power and torque. I'd like to hit the 150 mark reliably. I'm not sure this crank is capable of handling much more power. So if I'm gonna have to dig that deep into an engine I may as well shoot for better/stronger cases and go from there. Some very good and interesting ideas so far. Has my brain turning(and my wallet trembling)

I am building what you want right now. I have a 120r stock for 23000 miles. I sold the bike it was in and purchased a 2013 cvo roady.
I have all the parts to do the build except for a clutch which I ordered today.
Tman 124 cylinders for 120r conversion
Tman custom pistons and rings set to 11:2 to1 compression
Tman 120r welded and ported heads with bigger vlaves
Tman 662-2 cams
58 se throttle body
5.3 injectors
fuel moto xxx head pipe and crossover
crusher mellow mufflers
tts tuner
Barnett scorpion clutch
This build should produce 145-150 hp and 150 plus torque. Pump gas touring engine.
