OK. I wentto my sales guy and he knew right away what I was talking about. I brought in the bag and he replaced it with another bag from another bike on the floor (now I feel for the next guy).
We spoke to one of the parts managers and apparently HD has been denying replacements lately saying that the loose leather is "normal" and is supposed to stretch. If that were the case then the bags would all be like that, not having one tight and on loose. Anyway, I'm glad I've got a great salesperson. Made me feel good about dropping another hundred on chrome today
