I agree with some of the earlier posts. If you really want to go fast, find a used ZX14 or Hyabusa. A used Vrod will cost less than the purchase and install of the Turbo system you mentioned, and probably go faster than your bike would even after all the additions.

I'll throw in my 2 cents. Find a good porter and have him set up your heads with an andrews 57,T man torqster or equivalent .550 lift cam. A new clutch in an Evo industries 49 tooth clutch basket which will lower your gearing. You will still have a reliable machine which will give should give you what your looking for. Good luck.
