Default Black/Chrome Front Ends
I see lots of people that either fully black out their forks, top to bottom or likewise those that fully chrome them top to bottom - wondering if any has or has seen photos of of any that are mixed, chrome sliders, black slider covers, chrome triple clamp cover or other combinations mixing black and chrome. I like a nice blend of black and chrome - especially on a black bike and it seems like the above would look good but there's not many photos that come up in a search. other than this one for KY covers.

When I had my Progressive monotubes installed, HD chrome uppers were added. While the bike was in the shop I had my lowers powdered black.

I like it much better than all chrome...

Lot of nice looking forks here, one suggestion though is I would get some clear armor film to cover the front of the uppers and lowers, it will prolong the shine of chrome and powder coating, not to mention easy to clean and protect from rock chips and the corrosiveness of bug guts.

I like this combo here... looks good!! I have been thinking about how to incorporate some black into my front end... this is it.

Very nice looking bike, looks so much better than all black or all chrome - curious to see the reverse on an all black bike, surely someone has done that.
