Default Problem with Street Cannons
I'm on my second set of Street Cannon mufflers and heading for a third. There is a gap between the muffler body and the end cap on the left muffler. it fit perfectly when I got it but as soon as I put some miles on, the gap appeared. This is only on the left side muffler - the right side is perfect. Anyone else have this problem? I love the sound of these mufflers but I'm tired of dealing with this obvious manufacturing defect.

I have right at 2000 miles on mine and they still look good.
How many miles is on yours when this starts happening.

Just noticed the same issue on the left muffler this weekend. Have about 8k miles on mine.

Yep. Left side only, multiple replacements, problem still there. Tired of screwing with it. Dealer has no answer.

I just noticed today my right muffler has a small gap between the muffler and end cap. I have about 1000 miles on them. It is not a problem with the end cap but rather the muffler. It looks like the inside of the muffler has protuded beyond the chrome body of the muffler. I tried tapping on it with a 2x4, but it didn't budge. Guess I'll go see the dealer. We're leaving for the BRP a week from today! I don't want to be driving around with a gap!

I had the same problem with the Street Cannons back in March. When the dealer sent me the replacements I sold them immediately on Craigslist. It seems as if the Motor Company hasn't fixed the problem. They were also a little too long for my taste.

I have ordered Klock Super Savers and I am waiting for FedEx to deliver them.

Haven't had an issue with mine but I'll keep an eye on them. It won't take me three sets to figure out what to do with them though.
