Default Michellin commander II's

I picked up a set of the Michelin commander II's through Jakewilson.com front and back for my 2012 street glide. The stock Dunlop's I got on the bike lasted 11,700 miles the back has maybe 1/32 on it and the front one has dryrot cracks on the tread. I have heard a lot on these tires that's good so we shall see how well they last. $320 for the skins and $70 for the mount and balance.

Had them on my '05. Can't wait for the tires on my newer bike wear out!

I absolutely loved mine! Noticeable difference in ride, cornering, and more responsive. Just traded to a new limited so I didn't get to see how long they'd last. But they'll go on the limited when the dunlops are finished. Although my dealer did inform me that they were not allowed by Harley to put Michelins on the new touring bikes. Said they gave no reason....??

They say soft sidewalls but I run them on my ultra and love them.

I put those on my 08. I loved them. When I traded the bike I had 13,000 miles on the Commander II tires. They still looked great.

Mine are finally worn out ....I am not that impressed, the EIII were a lot better for me...they track more and are cupped a bit mot than the elites...I was expecting better. I want to add, I just took the wheel off to put my next adventure on and checked my mileage....Barely squeezed 10000 miles...I am putting a Austone taxi tire 175R16 on to try...Yes the Darkside.. I have to try it...I think Michelin seascape good tire but I see not much difference between this II series VS the original Commander. I hope you all get better service out of it...one thing aso I want to add,,,I am a bit throttle happy....250 lbs, cams etc...
