I think the 2000 Ultra only came fuel injected. It has the older style injection system. I'd look for a 2002. They have the Delphi injection system and still have a forged crank. Offer less. As bikes gets older it seems there are less buyers looking at them.

How much of a job and/or cost to swap the 2000 fi with a carb. I have plenty of experience working on carbs. Or even swapping it out for a better fi?

I don't know about the 2000, but I have been pleased with my 2005 Ultra and, at 62,000 miles, it is running strong without any leaks or major issues.
