If you know how to set up the rebound and compression the Ohlins is going to smoke any preload only adjustable shock for ride quality. I ran an Ohlins on my CBR the properly tuned stock shock was smoked by the Ohlins. I have no experience with the HD version of the Ohlins shocks but I am willing to bet the difference is significant between the 412 and the Ohlins.

The 444's have a lifetime warranty. The 412's have 1-year. Don't forget to give us a review Stan. Start looking for some RR tracks and pot holes and ring 'em out?

Dude, where I live, potholes and rough roads are everywhere. That'll be no problem! My wife will be the true judge. She gets beat up pretty bad back there sometimes.
