Love my V&H 5 1/2" Monster Ovals, sound great like a HD should, without being to loud. They could be a lil' bit louder though for my likes...neighbors say they're plenty loud. Lol.

Like most HD owners I also have stage 1, and had no popping after changing pipes. Be more than happy to make you a good deal on a set of SE's off an 07 FLHTC.

I put on a set of 2006 CVO mufflers, but replaced the baffles with Full Sac 1.75" first. The muffles were brand new, but had been sitting in a box on the dealer's backroom self for 8 years (found them on ebay). I didn't want loud, just not as tame as stock Harley. These are pretty good, maybe even a little too quiet - but happy with the results. My bike is a '12 Ultra Limited.
