I have a 07 flhx with a PCIII and Rinehart 2 into 1. No real heat issues to speak of.

Fulsac true duel helped me. It eliminates the factory Y and makes it a true duel set up.

Not the answer you want.... I have a 2007 street glide with stock head pipes and mufflers. I don't have a heat issue unless I'm stuck in traffic and not moving.

Just ordered the power tunes s&s headers, hope it will solve the problem...

I'm looking at the same head pipes to try to get some of the heat away from us when we're stuck in traffic. Post your thoughts after riding with them for a while

My 07 runs pretty rich and I installed fulsac true dual conversion ...I have a power commander 5 with auto tune. It still runs a tad warm but not too bad, not sure what to compare it to though...I mean it's a air cooled in bear 100 degree weather so it's gonna be hot.
