Built a 107 with 555 cams and had MGS duals with CFR KO's, sound is awesome IMHO. My dyno guy can't get the bike to run with such an open
exhaust, says the 555's don't like open systems. Looking for 2/1/2 or 2/1 now, hope I can get a system that sounds as good as the CFR's (KO's)

555 don't like open systems any more than it will like a 2:1 setup. 555 are a torque cam and open systems as well as 2:1 setups usually lose a bit on the bottom end so IMO you're defeating the purpose. I would do as whynot stated and change your head pipe to a good head pipe such as the Fullsac DX pipe.

Another builder at the Dyno shop had recommended Fullsac also, only issue is they don't ship to California. I was also looking at Fuel Moto's 2/1/2.
Thx, for the input. Sorry for the hijack OP!
I have CFR's on my '14 SG with a Klock Werks header and TTS tuner. This is my first street bike, but I will absolutely be sticking with this combo. Many times pulling into a gas station people come over asking what set up I had. Makes a guy feel good when people are curious! Love the deep rumble at idle, and the bark when you get on it. Also, the radio is more interrupted by wind than anything IMO.
