I screwed up.... Please Help!
I was installing my windshield pouch and I over tightened the windshield screw. Now the wellnut turns. Is there a quick fix for this? Super Glue the wellnut to the fairingperhaps? Thanx

I have used epoxy in the past with good results....If you are not a tinkerer and the fairing wont come off again for a while it should be good...If you are like me and the fairing comes off once a month, than go to the dealer and get a new insert. the new one will come with external threads as well and will stay good for a lot longer....JMOI.....

I would get the inserts from Harley. Run a tap and then take a large flat tip....then screw the insert in. The inserts are much better than the older ones. You can afford these and most dealers do carry these in stock.
