I currently have 3 maps saved on my PV. One of them is a tune from Dynojet. All 3 tunes have the same on and off temps for the EITMS. On at 140 and off at 135. Is it just me or are these temps way too low? I'm thinking this may have something to do with the stumble I've been having in the exhaust note when idling because it sounds just like the EITMS is trying to engage intermittently. Any thoughts?

2010 Limited with some stuff
That must be in Celcius.. 140C = 287F, 135C = 275F which I believe is what the defaults are. EITMS is very obvious when it turns on.. the idle becomes very obviously different than normal. You can try disabling it though to see if it changes what you are seeing. I think you simply turn the bike on and to run, then push the grip forward like you are disabling cruise, and hold it.. The cruise indicator will flash red if its disabled, do it again to make it flash green to enable EITMS..

Yessir you are correct, didn't catch that. I wonder if turning off the EITMS via the throttle overrides the the setting on the map. I guess it's back to square one. The bike doesn't act like this with the stock tune and stock a/c.
- besides which the EITMS will only activate with no throttle input ( so at idle speed) and at road speed below 2 or 3 MPH as I recall ( which will keep it active if the rider is duck paddling thru traffic.
EITMS deactivates spark and fuel to the rear cylinder allowing the cylinder to pump air thru it. That air will absorb heat and carry it away from the motor.
It a good thing
the stumble in the exhaust note could well be misfire due to mixture- both too rich and too lean will cause misfire.
if you are adventurous get a voltmeter on the o2 sensor output- 4.5VDC is stoich. lower voltage is lean, higher is rich.
could also be spark timing- if timing is too advanced the piston will want to reverse direction
OR it could be exhaust pulse harmonic influenced by exhaust tract length/diameter restriction, header length and cam profiles/timing-
-sometimes this can be ruled out just by putting a boot sole over the end of one of the mufflers, this alone will change the harmonics enough to rule them out
if you don't have a concern when the PV is disconnected- then you know that it is the PV settings and maybe the vendor can help fine tuning settings.

Reason: cam/exhaust thoughts
When i connected mine up to my computer and look at the map , i show mine as on at 300C. Is there a way to make it F? I thought it might have been a typo in the software , but I guess it is incorrect.
