how do i open a zip file so i may burn the latest update for my radio???? also when playing a cd it will stop for a few seconds and start playing agan. not all the time , but enough to be annoying. anyone else have this problem????? 06 streetglide

 

thereis free software out on the net to do the unzip. check c-net.com. after you unzip it,you copy to a CD, and follow the instructions listed on the HD web page. Just don't get into a hurry when loading into the radio. Mine appeared to be doing nothing, but then took off an started loading the files. does take 5-10 min to get it fully installed into the radio. mine works great, and i think the volume is even a bit louder now than it was before and max vol. doing 75 mph and the sound is still great.

don't know about your playing problem. have you cleaned the player with a cleaning CD?

your computer may call it under the files tab "decompress files"?

 

Love those zipped files! you can take a 1MEG and turn it into 10!!

 

..also..it's two files..be sure to burn both to CD.
