Default RE: baffles?

I replaced both of mine and were pretty easy. First WD40 the exhaust end around the oval, take off the 2 screws (one on the side the other on the bottom), remove the 2 nuts holding the muffler on the tail end, remove the pipe cover, WD40 the inlet side with the clamp, loosen the clamp. Now wiggle/rotate the s/o slowly while pulling from the exhaust end. Once off, lay the muffler on a towel. Get some type of wood pole and begin to hammer the baffle from the front end of the muffler (Rubber mallot would be good just in case you miss!). If you do this, you may not be able to save the baffle if the pole damages it. It should then slowly come out. I just changed my baffles today after V&H sent me 2 new ones free! I told they were rattling. I first told them my right side was rattling. After a couple weeks, I re-contacted them and told them my left one was going out. No questions asked. I had these s/o since 2003. Good Luck!
