I got the parts list fom another forum member that did the conversion. Here is a screen shot of it, as I don't think I can upload the excel file to the forum.
I bought the Matazu inner and outer to save some $, I am hoping it works out. My experience with their stuff has been good.
Can you email me this excel sheet you had? If you still have it. This will print off cleaner then the pasted one. If you don't have it no big deal.
Here is a link to the file Conversion List This is the list above that I used when doing my conversion. I can't take the credit for the work, but can tell you this is a very complete list.
I keep thinking about doing this. Love the look of the pre-Rushmore RGs (I need real instruments and I don't want an info center), but I still have not ridden one.
Once I decide, I'm thinking I'll buy an 09 RG, put 'em side by side and switch the parts, then sell the reconstituted batwing. What you guys think?

Well now my wife has given me a free pass to keep my street glide like it is and just go buy a new road glide. Lol. I don't have one of those wife's you have to ask permission to buy things and we were talking last night about the conversion. She said just finish the rear kit on the street glide and go buy a new road glide. Then you have both. I like that thinking!!
Wives ... Mine is in medicine and really does not like my bikes. Afraid i'm going to leave her a childless widow. Plus, we always hiked and rode bicycles together a lot -- until i got back into motor. Pretty heavy stuff.
I'm looking for a late production-run Ducati ST3. Been looking nationwide for a few years. The other day found a perfect one for sale - local. I know and trust the dealer that first sold it and seller is only 2d owner. Low miles. Perfect. When i told her she didn't say no. She burst into tears and left the room.

Yea. My wife when we first met had never rode on a bike. I've been riding and had a Harley since I got 20 years old. I'm 37 now. Her dad is president of a club to so how she never rode I have no idea. I told her if you gonna be with me then you gotta ride. Lol. We now have 4 kids so it's slowed us down a lot but we make our time a few times a month and hit the road. Even if we just go out to eat we ride. Once the smaller ones get older we can get back hard to it. No idea what we would do if anything ever happened to both of us. So we play it as safe as we can. We don't have any family that's involved with them like you would think. We love the breeze though! Good luck finding that gem also
