This tells me all I'd need to know. I will file this info away should any of my friends consider this product.

Wound up after a month or so, taking them off, and he was going to try to get a refund, as he thought they were dangerous too. If you need something like this, buy a trike, buy a cool car, but I won't put them on anybodys bike ever again!

a friend of mine put them on his 07 SG. his right side is pretty much useless, no muscle power in his right leg. uses front brake only because leg can't push brake pedal.

he's been riding with the training wheels for 3
years, with only minor problems.

picked them up used while trolling craigslist. an unusual find, for sure

Guide how to get a LegUp Landin Gear for cheap

Well since the kind of person to buy these are more likely older or not in as of good health the chances of someone getting to the point were they can't even ride with them is somewhat likely so used ones can be found. On Craig's list instead of searching local Google search all of Craig's list. That way you might find one a state over and you or them might be willing to drive. Also when searching for them on Ebay or Craig's List, they are usually spelled correctly unlike them actual name with Landing instead of Landin. Also skip the Gen 1 and only buy the Gen 2 they are much better product that worked out the kinks.

Harley now has the Freewheeler and was looking at one in Danbury CT. Kinda looks like a chopped trike with a 103 air cooled engine . Its a leftover '15 and the list was 22k.
I'm starting to think about one as I'm seeing a little slow down now that I'm pushing 75, maybe in a couple of years.
