Are you using the 13" or 12"?

That's why I was kinda looking at the 944's. Supposed to ride like a 13", but have the height of a 12". Us short guys need all the help we can get.

Progressive Propaganda..... I've ridden on a couple of different sets of 12" and 13" shocks from different companies and really the ride height sitting on the bike is rarely effected. However that extra inch seemed to really improve the ride.

Being taller and having a Limited I think I'm leaning more to the hand adjustable 13". Now to find a used set at a reasonable price.

Thanks for the help in advance.

I have read quite a few posts regarding the Harley Premium rear shocks. I had a set on my bike and I thought they were a big improvement over stock when riding with a passenger. I had them set on the first click with two people on the bike. Rode good. No bottoming and not harsh. I did however think the shocks were to firm when I rode alone. That being said if you can find a pair for $250 then I'd say go for it. If buying new purchase Ohlins.

You would be better off calling Howard @ motorcycle metal, the prices on his site are not accurate.
He spends more time w/ his customers and products than updating the site; a plus imo.

I purchased a set of #6 from him in 2012 and know what they cost. I appreciated the help but suggest you call and get the price and you will find out if the link I posted is useful or not. I may help someone that wants to get a set but needs to use a credit card to do so also and not pay the 3% fee themselves.

Howard does spend a lot of one on one time and after hour support for his customers and I am not sure you will find many people like that in existence. I have experienced 3 people that were above and beyond in customer service, not just during business hours but after hours, on weekends in middle of the night, when you were in a bind kind of thing and they are as follows.

1. Howard at Motorcycle metal
2. Scott at S&S
3. Frank at Dragos

Forgot to add
Jason at Wards Parts werks to the list
