Still learning my new RG fairing. While I was adjusting my headlights I noticed these 2 holes. Are there screws or a rubber gasket or something that needs go go here?

The holes I'm talking about are below the adjustment holes. The ones marked on the pic are 2 small holes with nothing in them, the larger holes above them is where the adjusters come through.
Like BSGR said, they are for nothing. I took my fairing off the other day to do some work and know they don't have anything mounted there on mine, no rubber plugs either. Is the inner a HD part? Or aftermarket?
When I did my conversion, I discovered those two holes as well. My inner is a stock HD part.
On the standard Road Glides, there is nothing in those holes. On the CVO Road Glide Custom, there are rubber plugs in those holes. These are also the same rubber plugs that are used in the throttle and idle cable holes in the right control housing on the TBW bikes, at least on the CVO TBW bikes from the pre-Rushmore days.
Steelerdude, those plugs were listed on the conversion parts list. I don't have it handy to provide the P/N now...
