Never had any riding issues to correct originally, just bought this thinking it would improve handling. I honestly didn't notice a difference once installed.
The one issue I had with the install is the link bolts would only thread half way. . Didn't matter if the part was on off or the bike. I emailed and called progressive a half dozen times with no response. The vendor also didn't have an idea to why this was happening. Eventually an impact gun was able to persuade them both in. Other than that the part was on the bike for a few hundred miles. Taken off an 07 flhr. Purchased for around $180. Selling for $75 plus $15 flat rate shipping.
