I'm about 200 lbs; the set up was 220lbs (me plus gear, etc.) and primarily one-up riding (but I think Howard sets them all up to accommodate some two-up riding as well). Length on the 3-3s is adjustable, I believe 13 inches +/- 5mm. I've attached a photo.
