Question Locking lug nuts

Have any of you installed locking lug nuts on the rear wheels of your trike ?

I don't see why, not many triglides left sitting in a parking lot on their rotors missing their rear wheels. This is the 2010 Triglide I used to own, I didn't loose any sleep about leaving it in a hotel parking lot with no wheel locks.

I don't own a trike but I believe a lock lug is a visual deterrent to theft.

Many years ago I had the wheels taken off my Z28 while it sat in my driveway during a rain storm. Didn't think I needed to lock the wheels. I think if there had been locking lugs the thief(s) may have moved on. You'll never know if you were successful in deterring theft but you may have some peace of mind.

I wish someone would boost those ugly a** OEM wheels. I have a $50 deductable. Discount Tire has some really awesome looking wheels that will fit the Tri Glide.

Have you tried to take the rear tires off ? Has to be raised fairly high to get them off .

What size stud and thread does a TG use? Our trike is a Hannigan conversion so they are probably different.
