It won't back up ramps. You might get it to if you don't stop and restart part ways up, that puts a big load for restart of the motor.
I always drive up forward that way I can also watch when it is far enough.
Reset your breaker.

It seems that the electric reverse is the "weak chain in the link".
When I picked mine up on Monday, the tech what was demonstrating the trike to me that "kicking the breaker" was just a matter of time and that they are NOT designed or capable of moving the trike up an incline, so the breaker "kicks".
You'd think by now, H-D would be thinking of either a stronger electric motor or possibly even a trans with a reverse gear.

I had a friend that rode his conversion for years without a reverse and rarely needed help moving it backwards. Just gotta be careful and aware of where we park.

FWIW, I did learn something interesting about using the reverse. I've noticed that some folks tend to quickly "tap" the reverse button and release it and the repeat if necessary to get the trike to a certain position. The tech told me to "press and hold" the reverse button in until the trike was where it needed to be (within reason of course).
I just brought mine home Monday and put it up on the lift so I haven't even use my reverse yet!

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply. Been a little sick.
Here is a link to the Ebay listing.

The picture shows the separate components, but, when it arrived, it was fully assembled.
Made replacing the motor really easy.
The current pricing is $278.95 with free shipping.
