No Fob message trike running.
Have 2023 Trike this just started. Starts normal no issues by the time get down the road a short distance the "No Fob" message comes on. Keep riding and it goes out never comes on again until it is started again. It is 5 months old and 7,000 miles. Yes can and will take it to the dealer but would like to know if anyone has had this issue and fixed it or had it fixed?

I would stick a new battery in the fob and give it a try first. My 15 tri did some crazy stuff with the fob one time too.
Straighten itself out after a day and new battery. But a 23 falls on the dealer to fix.

A lot of folks buy a 2nd or work them in to their deal. Always good to have 2. Perfect example is this problem.

Keep my FOB in tour pack in a pouch in the tour pack organizer, today found there was a flash drive in that pouch. It had couple rides on it for others to download into their GPS. Someone must have put it there after downloading the rides. Moved it to another location in the tour pack. Took trike to get gas started and rode it couple times the no fob message did not come on.

Just occasionally when I move my bike I get a chirp from the security system. Under normal conditions the light in the speedo blinks every 2 seconds. If I lift the bike it goes solid. So just very occasionally the system doesn't detect the fob is present for an instance and does what it does. Almost straight away the security system arms and the indicators do a double flash.
Is the fob battery flat, I don't think so as every time I turn on the ignition the security system disarms. If it were flat the ignition wouldn't come on and the speedo would call for the pin.
