Has anyone heard if HD is going to come out with a hand held mic for the CB radio for the 2014 models?
I sure miss that on my 14 TG, use it quite often of the 13 Ultra...
Anyone know if any electronic people ( Iron Cross, J&M etc) can modify the current hand mic to work on the 14 system?
my head sets from my 07 Ultra work on my 14 Tri Glide so I think my hand held cb mic should also , have not tried it yet as I seem to have misplaced the mic mount , but have the mic
funny thing happened today , since I just finished reading this and the other thread and found out that the hand mics won't work normally I went on a dinner ride with one of the groups I ride with and one of the guys was checking out another bike with a hand held mic and was saying he would like one , showed him mine and told him I just found out it won't work on my bike and would sell it , I was thinking about $20 , did not remember what I paid for it but the other guy said it must be worth $50 as they are $100 new , so I told the guy $50 sounded good to me , so mine is gone and I got $50 for more chrome
the other thread was saying that you can use the hand mic you just have to hit the ptt switch though to talk , I have a half helmet head set that goes around your neck and don't mind using it the little I use the CB
