One thing I've noticed on computer bikes is that if it does not stay set/on/locked there is no failed wiring not connected or sensor out of spec.
Here is my guess on this phantom code. On lift it remains a constant. Computer wants to see variables instead.
Accelerate away the code clears seeing many inputs again. Say it remains on and only clears when key is turned off. This shows it is not saved hard/remains on, but is sent to ground when key is turned off, and sometimes saved in history.
Thus key back on, computer pings all parameters and shows a clear code window. You are chasing a phantom code. There is no problem with the bike meaning.

The reason I asked was because I was wondering if you had accidentally hit the kill switch. Upon further reading of your posts, I see you've had issues when engine braking several times. Please let us know when you get it figured out.
