hey all, new member checking in
just wanted to say hey, been checking out your forums and i really like it,
lots of good info,
i am from fresno california, i currently own a 2001 1200 custom sporster, and as of this saturday i am picking up a 2007 vivid black street bob,
so the sporty is gonna get sold, i wouldn't mind keeping both but can't justify the expense,
i have had the sporty for a few years and the wife rides with me occasionaly and wanted a bigger more comfortable ride,
we are of average height and weight i am 6 foot 180, and she's about 5 foot 10 150 or so and the sporty was a little bit cramped for the long haul and the street bob seems like a much better fit, at least without completly breaking the bank on a street glide or something,
the bob should do just fine, don't you think?
anyone with experience with either or both bikes feel free to chime in with the pros and cons,
i am getting it fitted for two up riding with a sundowner seat, and buddy pegs, and some highway pegs for me,
i am also looking at a 14 inch tinted windvest windshield, i have heard good things about them,
i'd like to find some saddle bags that can be installed without re locating the turn signals, so if anyone can point me in the right direction on those i would aprreciate it,
anyway i've rambled on enough for now,

thanks for the welcomes, the weather here in fresno was just perfect today, about 78 degrees so i took the sporty out for a spin since shes gonna get neglected in a few more days
