People. The common denominator among those on two wheels is that they’re got the courage to give it a try and endeavor to live life fully. I admire that.
Bikes. My preference in bikes was influenced by others early on by thinking that only British or Harleys mattered. The others didn’t count, irrespective of their speed and technological advances. Even tho’ I’m now free to think for myself, the influences of my youth, coupled with the aesthetic appeal of the naked bikes of the 30s and 40s, draws me to bikes that look and sound like the bikes of my mind.
Christmas Day couldn’t have been more pleasant as I was breaking in the Deluxe on the backroads in 70 degree temperatures in Texas, a place I’ve grown to adore (not only for the weather).
Looking forward to meeting new friends on this forum, engaging in discussions, and enjoying the humor with people I admire. However, the unsung heroes of any forum have got to be its moderators who have to sift through all the posts, allowing it to remain lively but civil.
