Just checking in. Looking to ride and enjoy life. Not a poser. Not a drinker( any more, yeah well had to choose between buying beer or keeping two wheels rolling) Economics more n anything
63. Virginia Transplant. Been in area now for bout 12 years. Working too much. Finally getting some down time. Enjoy riding my 04 Road Glide as much as possible. Currently approx 75K miles. Like solo, or small group rides. Do not like Commercial Cluster of large "events". Like interstate, back roads, beach ( Nags Head), NC mountains, WVa, Tennessee etc. love the ride out West
Like Big Mile Days. Tolerate and even enjoy most situations well. Not afraid to get wet or cold. Prefer not to. Overnights good. Thinking about trying my hand at camping again this year.
Like a well built motor on a bike with brakes and suspension up to the task of speed and handling when I get the urge. Most the time a sane rider
Tolerate helmets. Don't enjoy them.
Wear nonDOT Carbon Fiber most time. Flip down face shield helmet for cold/rain/ long trips where ya just don't know
