Southern NH 1994 883XLH
Hi all,
64 years old and always wanted a Harley.
This is actually my third- 1st was a "barn find" in 1969 I bought with my summer mowing earnings and rode for a year before my parents caught me.
The second was a WWII Surplus bike I bought for $35 crated up and had assembled by a mechanic in exchange for a second $35 bike. I had that on the road for about 4 hours before I was offered the (at the time) HUGE sum of $1000 for it.
So after years of riding Honda Shadows, I finally made it back to a Harley - a 1994 Sportster 883XLH. She's a gem- perfect and pretty. I just bought forward controls and mirrors that will hopefully let me see something besides my sleeve.
