I just traded my beloved Sporty for a 05FXDI, and I have to say that it has been a sweet and sour experience so far. I had put over 43,000 miles on my 04883c and was getting tired of hearing people say that I was pushing the sporty too much-rear jug kept springing a oil leak-most of my riding was two up. I figured it was time for an upgrade. I am glad that I made the move, BUT, what's with the front end wobbles. I never had the wobbles with the sporty, and I took it through some good sweeps, and twisties. I do have a H-D detachable windshield that I can look over, approx 1-2 inches, it also hasmetzs on front and rear(psi38 rear, 40 front).I brought it back to the dealer and the said they tightened the triple-tree. I read somewhere where somebody mentioned to tighten down the fall away, or something like that. What is it anyway? What ever the dealer did seemed to minimize the wobbles, but they come back once in awhile. Scary stuff. Are there any other lists that are specific to DYNAs?
