Hey all...
Though I’m new to HD I’m not new to bikes and have owned a slew of ricers and a euro (all “fine” bikes I must say) over the last 30 of my 49 years. I’m not necessarily a “biker”, but I’m a motorcyclist at heart and have been since I was a kid.
About 2 weeks ago I found opportunity to pick up my first HD (a fine 100yr anniversary with about 13000 miles) from her original owner. In fact, this is the only bike that my bride of 26 yrs has said she “likes” and we’ve done quite a few miles 2-up.
Well, I’m here to tell you that in only 2 weeks (and just over 1000 miles) I gotta say this is one fine piece of equipment....the finest motorbike I’ve ever owned and I can’t help but to smile every time I fire her up.
Thanks for letting me join and maybe will see some of you out on the road. Cheers
