Hey everybody, ScottieP here from Alabama. My wife got me into riding only this year (2018). She and I are both in healthcare and have seen a lot on the trauma end of things with motorcycle riders. I was against ever getting a bike having only ridden dirt bikes as a teen. She grew up ridding, no fear! Have a lot of friends that ride and an older Brother that has ridden for over thirty years without any major mishaps. I bought a lil Honda Rebel and cut my teeth for six months, went through the Harley Riding Academy and here I am a year into a whole new world! I wish I had done this years ago. Lil sugar Mama let me pick out any bike I wanted, went with the 2018 Sport Glide once the wheels grew on me, lol. Looking forward to learning a lot and shooting the **** with other members.

I too was influenced to ride by a woman. My mom. It's all we had when I was growing up and I was on the back to carry anything and everything. I wouldn't trade that for anything
