Long time HD rider
Hi all
I'm a long time rider and currently ride a 2014 Heritage that I love (45k miles). The last 2 1/2 yrs I've had procedures on both my knees and screws & plate in my foot. So I've gone from riding about 15k miles a year to only about 500 in the last 30 months. I am completely healed now and back to riding. My wife and adult kids are giving me a hard time and want me to get a trike, because of my knee issues.
I'm looking at a 2019 Freewheeler and wondered if anybody has done forward controls with pegs on one? I don't like running boards, because they make me feel like I'm riding in a car and would like to set the trike up like my Heritage if possible.
