Default New guy with a question
Hello everyone, I just purchased a 2008 Heritage Softail and want to put passenger floorboards for my wife. HD wants $399.99 for the chrome set, any suggestions on where else I can get them. Dealer put the flame design on the front floorboards so I have bought the flame inserts for the rear boards but need the kit to install. Any help would be appreciated.

Howdy from Hershey, Pa. Doubt if your gona find anything aftermarket for an 08 yet. I think it's too soon. I may be wrong though.

I changed mine on my 06 fatboy. i got the cheaper set with the gray looking floorboard pans and black posts. I like the black post and was going to change the inserts and pans out to a smooth chrome look. i think i paid 199 for kit and the footboard pans were 20 bucks off ebay. I was thinking about looking on ebay for a set of chrome outer posts but not for now.

I don't know if they're available yet but try Chicago Harley Davidson online. Just about everything they sell is 20% off of HD list price, shipping is reasonable and it takes about 2 weeks to get your parts.
