Hi Gang,
I still don't have that HD in my garage. This will be my third bike.
Most of my riding is in the Michigan farmlands and twisty country roads but I liketouring also. Lost my bikein Septemberon a road called The Snake (421). I took the insurance money.
I've demo'd a few bikes and love the Electra Glide Classic. Fits me like a glove. That's my next bike, but which one? I can only spend $15,000.I want the '06 because I read they have a higher amp alternator, better stereo and smoother clutch pull, but for every one I see there are three '05 Ultra's! What the dif between the '05 and '06 and will a newby like me notice? Can the smaller alternator handle electric gloves and maybe heated seat?
I plan on buying in November or as soon as someone lowers the price because they can't ride anymore.
That's my story. Get ready for a s**t load of questions once I get one.
