. I built my first bike when I was 16. I rebuilt the motor,Bought about a thousand chrome pieces, changed all the sheetmetal,And even painted it in my dad's garage.I road that bike, a 1985 Sportster for alot of years. Recently, I know have that same bike but it has Cams, head work, carb, ignition, all the "go fast" goodies. I also years ago started building a 1971 Sportster hardtail. It is a weld on hardtail . 2 under wide glide front, WWW tires, red powder coated spoke wheels(16x4.25 rear,21 front, Hand made oil bag, All rust powder coated sheet metal, spring seat, etc....I ride a good old 1981 Shovelhead. The bike is full custom with way too many mods to list. Motor is stroked to a 96" , 4 speed, 16" fat apes all internal wired, Candy/metal flake paint, 8-over front, etc....
now I am building a Softail style 200 rear custom. Motor is a 107" S&S, 5-speed Ultima, Chica frame, Billet by the tons, pro street. coming soon.
About three months ago I purchased inventory from a Harley/Custom dealer at a local auction. About $50,000 worth of brand new in the box goodies. I also bought out a local chopper shop. So, I hope to turn this into a living, doing what I love.
That's about it for now. Hope to get to meet some cool people on here. God bless, and ride safe. Dave
