i have a 1978 fxe fresh motor 9.5/1 completely new bike front to back</P>


havin trouble with intial start starter wants to disengage and drain battery </P>


starter tested good please help lost without it</P>

Do you mean it wont engage the starter gear? just whirrs away? could be clutch in starter
