Hello From Montana
A little about myself, I rode passenger for a couple of years and decided to get my own bike, not real sure if I would like riding on my own I bought a Sportster a local bank had on repo for a very good price. Needless to say I loved riding solo and after a couple of 500+ miles in a day I decided to upgrade and just purchased a 2009 Deluxe, vivid black. I hope no one takes my comment wrong, I love my sporty, it is a great bike, fun to ride and I don't think I could have picked a better bike to learn to ride on, I was just looking for a little more comfort on the long distance trips. The only drawback of buying a new bike in February, living in Montana, is I only have five miles on it, still too cold to ride.
If anyone has suggestions for saddlebags, without changing my exhaust, I would love to hear what you have to say. I wasn't impressed with the Harley leather bags, too small and not a very good design, at least in my opinon.
