It's Time To Ride
I waited till the last day of the month (June 30th) and made sure I had a salesman that was one sale away from making his bonus.
I got him down to the price I wanted and then started adding additional parts I wanted it to go out the door with. Alarm system, 4 point docking system a passenger back rest and a helmet.
I am not a novice rider but it is my first Harley. I have been away from the sport for 8 years. So I'm taking it pretty easy till I get a good feel for this big of a bike.
While I love the bike and it puts a big smile on my face every time I throw a leg over it, I already see a few things that will have to be changed.
A. First the bike is to quit. I can see a new exhaust in it's future.
B. The stock seat just doesn't cut it.
C. The stock handle bars are a little low.
I will be looking for advise and input from the members here to make this my dream machine.
Thanks for reading my not so short intro and I promise to use the search function.
Best Wishes from Orange County Texas.
